Sign up to join the PTO! Stay informed on all school information, activities, and fundraising! There are two different options available.

Please complete the membership form using Zeffy.

When checking out your purchase, the Zeffy contribution is optional and is not an additional donation to the UV PTO. To contribute only to the PTO, select “Other” from the “Help Keep Zeffy Free” drop-down and enter 0 (or leave the amount blank). Your total should reflect the membership fee of $10.00.
We are unable to refund optional Zeffy contributions once they have been processed.
